In 2012, All Steel was established as the third company of the AIC Group. All Steel specializes in system building using steel and light gauge metal frameworks for residential and commercial structures. By using this innovative system of construction it allows us to build modern, high-quality and – more important – affordable residential and commercial buildings. For the construction
we use a combination of solid prefabricated steel and-or light gauge frameworks, metal panels and/or prefinished fiber cement panels. For the interior walls and ceilings we use gypsum board.

- Reasonable Initial Cost. Pre-Fabricated Metal frame buildings generally cost less than competing construction systems because in-plant technology and production reduce on-site labor. Component parts for the complete system can be delivered and organized at the jobsite and quickly erected.
- Faster Occupancy. On the average, a pre-fabricated metal frame building system can be completed in approximately two-thirds of the time required for conventional construction. This results from the application of factory-produced component parts and pre-finished wall and roof panels.
- Attractive Appearance. The appearance of the building can easily be enhanced with the application of our wood, brick, stone or concrete pre-finished fiber cement boards.
- Lower Energy Bills. A properly insulated metal frame building can significantly reduce cooling costs. Insulated roof and wall systems can assure predetermined thermal efficiencies.
- Reduced Maintenance. Long life materials and finishes on wall and roof panels reduce maintenance. Our metal frame buildings eliminate a number of maintenance problems such as structural deterioration, cracking, damp rot, and insect damage.
- Flexibility. Typically a metal frame building can be enlarged by removing the end walls, erecting new framework, and adding matching wall and roof cover. In most cases the original end wall panels can be reused.
